But here I am, alone in my mancave, typing to, well, whoever will read this.
I did try writing the movie stuff today.
It felt good.
I mean, I'm only at the beginning of a story idea. And it's kind of a crazy one. I'm outlining it to see if it will go somewhere.
Beginnings are fun, but daunting. This script has infinite possibilities at the moment. It can go anywhere and be anything.
That's a cool feeling, but it can be scary, you know?
If I handed you a piece of paper and said draw something, you might be sitting around for 5-10 minutes before you even draw a line.
But if I give you a piece of paper with some shapes pre-drawn on it - or maybe even some dot-to-dots - it may only be seconds before you go to town.
Infinite possibilities = Infinite madness?
Maybe.
Or infinite fun.
I'm crossing my fingers...
